Terms & Conditions

Corporate and Business Lunch Orders

All orders must be confirmed by phone or email no later than 1pm in order to guarantee your required delivery time.
Minimum numbers apply see individual menus.

Items are subject to availability we will replace like for like wherever necessary.

Additional Extras are based on a Minimum of 10 people

Deliveries
All deliveries to business or corporate lunches between a 10 and 15-mile radius the charge would be £15.00 and between 15 and 20 miles the charge would be £20.00.

Invoices
Invoices are sent out by email or are payable by return or within 7 working days.
Late payments will be issued with an administration fee of £20.

Collection of Equipment
All catering trays, lids, boxes & equipment must be ready for collection the next day and in full working order. All broken or missing items will be charged for. Left over food from a buffet is to be disposed of and not left on the trays or in the boxes.

The client upon ordering from C & P Northern Catering must accept these Terms & Conditions stated above.

Cancellation Policy for Corporate Bookings
Should you need to cancel your order please ensure at least 24 hours notice is given, any cancellations after this time will be charged in full.

 

Wedding Party Menus Orders

All orders must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event at which time full payment will be required.

Deposits
When placing your order we require a non refundable deposit of £50.

Payments
Credit or debit cards payments must be made 7 days prior the event.

Deliveries
All deliveries are subject to a £5 charge, deliveries over a 10 mile radius are £10 or over depending upon location of your event.

Menu Items
Please note Wedding and party menus include all items on the menu catering for the right amount of people but price does not include one of everything per person.

Equipment
We take a £50 to £100 refundable deposit on our equipment (in addition to the price of the buffet and delivery charge), providing all equipment is returned and nothing broken, missing or damaged your deposit will be returned. Damaged or missing equipment will be charged for accordingly.
